At Standout Grads, my team and I work with job seeking individuals who have either recently graduated or are still currently students and have a strong desire to take control of their job search. Most of my clients are recent graduates, ready to take on the world, land that first big job and start making valuable contributions, but are unsure how to navigate the current job market.

This may include graduates from Sales & Business Development, Criminology, Communications, Policing, Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, but also people with career paths specific to Engineering, Legal, Project Management and Client Services. In years of experience, there are few career paths I have not encountered; I’ve been successful with all of them.

Though my clients usually range from 18-24 years of age, those are not mandatory descriptors, and if the traits listed above are present, early success is still likely.
